Emmanuelle leads the scientific research in Affinity Petcare to provide pets' high-quality, sustainable, and healthy diets, for which understanding the interplay between ingredients, hosts and microbiomes is critical. Emmanuelle holds a doctorate in animal physiology from INRA (Rennes, France) and was an academic researcher for several years. She then worked as a scientific affairs manager for Tereos, as a research program manager for Royal Canin and as the Head of the Centers of Excellence in Lallemand Animal Nutrition. Those positions were opportunities to work on dogs and cats' microbiome, on new pre/pro/post-biotics and to publish several scientific papers.
