Tony Ottley is a successful entrepreneur who founded multiple food companies. He started his career at Sun Valley Poultry and gained experience in food technology, quality assurance, production management, and sales. He co-founded Fife Cooked Meats (FCM) in 1994 and became its Managing Director in 1998. FCM supplied retailers and major food manufacturers in the UK and Ireland. In 2007, Tony established TOPS Food Services Ltd, supplying ASDA, NISA, Spar, and Whole Foods. In 2017, he co-founded Bella & Duke, which produces raw pet food and won the Pet Industry Federation award for Manufacturer of the Year in 2023.
