Kay is a senior industry leader with 20+ years’ experience in scientific and operational leadership focused on consumer-led science and technology enabled innovation. Her current position is VP Science, Petcare, leading the Waltham Petcare Science Institute (WPSI), a unique research centre which supports Mars Petcare's purpose of creating a better world for pets; through improving health span and quality of life of pets, utilising science to improve understanding of the drivers of health and disease. This knowledge is used to inform the design of products, services and to educate pet owners and professionals globally.
