After studying to become a Veterinarian, Elise worked in the National Veterinary School in Lyon, as an expert in canine and feline breeding environments for the French agricultural ministry. Elise’s expertise then led her to the National Veterinary School of Paris where she created and ran a dedicated feline and breeder reproduction unit. In 2003, Elise joined Royal Canin where she held product innovation and science communication roles before heading up the scientific and regulatory affairs team. Following a stint with Mars Wrigley as VP, Global Scientific and Regulatory affairs in Chicago, Elise returned to Mars Petcare to lead innovation and pursue her passion for pets. Elise currently holds the role of VP R&D for Mars Pet Nutrition leading science innovation, quality and food safety, raw material development and regulatory affairs, based in London.
